&lt;P&gt;Unused data rolls back to your Piggybank at the start of the next billing period. If you mean you can't move data from the Piggybank to your sim then call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky mobile. An agent can move the data for you and investigate why you can't do it yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
