Reduce data plan

I want to reduce the plan on 2 Sims I have. Can this be done through My Sky or do you have to call them? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Andy+and+Gail you can do it via the my sky app if there is a lower plan available. Do it via the mobile tab, tap on the sim in question then tap on manage sim then manage settings and change data plan.

Thank you! As usual, when I'm trying to reduce payment, there seems to be a "technical issue." I'll have to phone them.
