Issue whe receiving call from abroad, while in Ireland

Hello, I am on sky mobile Ireland and, while I am in Ireland, my family (in Italy) cannot call me.

Most of the times they get an automatic answer "NO ROUTE FOUND, NO ROUTE FOUND".

I could replicate the issue calling via Skype credit (on the sofa, not moving, the reception of the phone is not changing) ... let's say that 70% of the time I get the same message, while sometimes the calls pass through (sometimes I cannot here the audio from the caller, but they can hear me).

The issue does not happen when called by an Irish number.

Can anyone give an advice?
