      <title>Signal dropping in and out</title>

      <description>My phone signal keeps dropping in and out all the time while outside Sometimes I get full signal and can make calls etc but other times it's week or no signal and I can't use my phone and I can't be contacted.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It says a mast is being worked on but it said this since before Christmas when my issues started. Also my partner is also with Sky Mobile and has no issues. Would that mean it's my actual phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4320348"&gt;@CBred&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; but I would wait til the mast problem is sorted before changing your phone unless it's a very old phone and you were planning on changing now anyway.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK I'll do that. Do you know who to contact to find out how long it might take for the mast as its been over a month already with really bad signal and I'm missing important phonecalls so I kind of need to know how long I need to wait before it's fixed. Thank you for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
