      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can helpI have a Sky mobile account and was sent an option to upgrade my phone. I decided this was a good idea and decided to change data package at the same time. I was asked if I wanted to keep my current number and if I wanted new phone to be sim card or esim. I chose the later and sure enough my new phone turned up. I tried to activate esim as instructed and had an error message come up saying unable to activate. I am now unable to use the new mobile that I purchased and cant get a straight answer on when/if my mobile package has been started/activated. Please help? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you wanted to keep your phone number then the only (easy) option is to use your existing SIM/dataplan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any new plan you purchase will be a new phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(If you want to keep your number then you have to port it out of the network and back to the new SIM)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
