Why is my bill showing 17.50 for next month saying out of plan charges I want the same plan I always had at £10 a month nothing changed but your adding extra on please take a look at this for me

We can't see your bills.

'Out of plan' charges are usually for calls not included or roaming etc.

Hi @Sarah0604 as mentioned out of plan charges include premium rate calls and texts, roaming abroad. Have you been abroad ?

Calls to 08 numbers are also chargeable...

Sky did increase prices recently.

But, again, we can't see your bills.

Call Sky on 150.

Look at your bill @Sarah0604 it will tell you what the charges are for.
