    <description>&lt;P&gt;It is probably some sort of error so if you want to upgrade you can call Sky on 150 to both let them know about this issue and for help in upgrading,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I logged into my Sky mobile account today as I wanted to see if I could upgrade my phone, I was able to but when I clicked on the link a page came up saying....&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;"that my services have been restricted".&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;I then clicked to link to reinstate the services for a page to come saying..... "&lt;STRONG&gt;Your bill is up to date".&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; My bill is up to date and I have never been in arrears, so I did it again and the same thing happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone shed any light on this please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
