I have ordered a new iPad on Saturday and when I click track my only update on it is coming soon no estimated date or anything so I don't know when my iPad is coming?

As customers we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

Aw so do we not get any information so when do you think I will get information I thought it would only take a few days to come

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

We can't possibly give an idea of delivery times.

Do you know roughly how long it takes for anything to change in my tracking? Or how long it's been for other people as all it says is coming soon so just wondering when I will get any update or when it's with courier

It will remain at coming soon until there is a further update, as customers we can't even begin to guess at how long it will take,
