Turn off parent control on mobile

I am 37 and can't turn off parent control on my SIM card without a credit card I do not have a credit card to do this any suggestions ??

Welcome to the forums.

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them (free on 150) they can deactivate this for you.

same here, this is stupid, i'm over 50. can they not read a DOB when i joined and not turn the stupid thing on?
