My data has ran out and I only just got the phone

i I want to change my bill to unlimited data for £40 a month

You can change the dataplan yourself to the options available under your SIM.

Either use the MySky app or website.

If you only just received the data plan as well as the phone then the plan would be pro-rata so you wouldn't get the full GB allowance.
If not then you should be able to upgrade the plan via your account.

That's excellent thank you, so do you know how roughly I'll have to wait to get the full data?

I pay for 100MB a month and literally had no data after 1 hour of setting up the phone

Hi @LukeyBoy1428 100 mb is a tiny amount of data and will be used up in seconds on a modern smartphone. You would need to change to a larger monthly allowance going forward.

It should be available immediately.
100mb isn't enough unless you hardly use the internet. The free/low cost sim is more suited for use on a spare phone or if cellular data is turned off.

theyve told me takes 24 hours and I can change my plan to unlimited data for a extra cost that's still sfforadble
