      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, j can't find anywhere to get help I've moved network in November and sent a PAC code over so I can have my old number I've had for years but since some time in December my phone has been playing up people can only contact me with my old number but when I text someone it's with a new number sky gave me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
