Transferred phone number but missing data

I transferred over the weekend my old number ( mobile phone) from O2 to Sky onto my new mobile phone. All my data etc came over except my What's ap contacts and discussions and my on line banking history and details

i do not want to reset everything

i thought everything would transfer.

Is there anything i can do?

I cannot find a help line phone number or email to ask Sky?

No.

Some apps, especially banking apps, require setting up again as a security measure.

If you backed up your WhatsApp then you should be able to download the history from there @Jayne62 if you still have the old phone you should still be able to backup if you haven't already.

I am an idiot, I thought i had activated my e sim but realised i had not 🙄

when i did this my whats ap appeared
