My calls drop out and also calls not registering missed

while on a call it will suddenly cut off for no reason , also had people ring and said I don't answer?, but I don't get notification and there is no registration of missed calls??? Why is this happening I have a new iPhone 14 ??

Thanks Tom I now know it's a problem with sky not me there's a problem in my area
