topic e-sim issue in Sky Mobile

e-sim issue

It's been almost two weeks and I still do not have a working eSim. Can any one at Sky help me? Keep getting told by customer services they are lookig into why the email code is not comimg through.

Had a call from Sky today. Issue is resolved and it works!! Thank you Sky.
