How do I check my data usage daily

Hi I'm abroad and although I pay £2 a day to use my phone/data I'm now without wifi and will likely use a lot of data.

but can't find how to track my data use online using an iPhone

can anyone help please ? 🙏

You should be able to do this via the Mobile section of the MySky app that you can install on your phone.

I have 3 Sims but only 2 show up on the my sky app, how do I view the 3rd one please

Hi @Matt+r0805 this normally happens when the 3rd sim, for whatever reason, has been allocated to a different account. Call sky on 150 and they will help locate the sim and help with your options.

Thank you I will give them a call, I'm getting billed for it every month and it kind of shows on my app as it says Sims 3 but only shows data usage of 2, the other SIM is my son's so need to check if he needs more data sometimes that's all.
