      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, this made no difference at all. I have also checked Apples site, tried the basics but still no cellular data, doesn't make sense. I have just upgraded with Sky for a big data package so I can stream, but I can't. The app I'm wanting to watch movies on is Kanopy, maybe the issue is with them? Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It then says no internet connection so I have to turn it back on to reply. Just as an FYI i do not have WiFi or broadband, I can only use my phone and iPad to google/use apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using the Sky Go app to try and watch these films, if so have you tried deleting, rebooting your phone then after it has&amp;nbsp;loaded back up, installed the app again ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
