Evening,

I ordered an Iphone 16 and it says it is going to be delivered this friday.

When i click on the link to track order through DPD, it shows an order that was delivered in April?

I have never ordered through sky before so quite confused, I have downloaded the DPD app and inserted the unique tracking number SKY sent me through email however it shows that previous order.

Has this happened to anyone before?

What shows via your Sky account here:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

It will not show via DPD until they have your order which they might not do just yet so this might be why you are seeing your previous order.

I have never ever ordered through sky before, i am on the phone with them right now so will update with result.

Just rang sky, they said there was a technical issue and it has been brought to a higher team member.

They said to expect the new tracking reference either tonight or tomorrow, so fingers crossed.

They will send you the right reference number closer to your order. 🙂

Mine came on the date it was supposed to, perfect condition.
