Same here, been trying to do this since Friday, two live chats with Sky since but not resolved, have given up now., can't waste any more time on this, very frustrating.

Have tied mulitple times both from th ephone and via the link above.
I get the SMS sceurity code.
Then the nice 'Kit' sweeping line across the page.
Finally, 'Come back here to install when you receive email'

NO Email arrives.
Checked SPAM. Nothing.

Is there a way to speak to a human to progess this ?
BTW in case it helps. Trying to add eSIM to an iPhone11

Same problem here trying to convert from physical SIM to esim, got to speak to a human on live chat, didn't get me anywhere though. still unresolved. I gave up in the end. You can keep the transcript of live chat which can be helpful if you want to escalate. Good luck
