Have you set a spend cap high enough ? Try turning off automatic network selection then do a manual search and choose other networks from the list to try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi 63johnw,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for the suggestions. Managed to get through to Sky support who suggested going through the process of resetting all network settings then removing SIM and giving it a wipe (presumably to remove any particularly persistent settings &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grimacing_face:"&gt;😬&lt;/span&gt;). I was slightly dubious, but it seems to have had desired effect and can now access websites and other apps when not on WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
