Why wont my phone work outside

My phone wont work outside, mobile data is on, it keeps saying im currently offline, its a new handset it is unlocked. For days it said no service, that problem isnfixed its still not working

I assume you mean data?. Or all services ?

it's working connected to broadband WiFi Calling ?

but outside no ?

Have you got VoLTE on ?

Yes thats on, mobile data is on, the phone works inside on wifi, as soon as i go out side it doesnt work

Name: Sky Mobile Internet
APN: mobile.sky

mms settings

Name: Sky Mobile MMS
APN: mms.mobile.sky
