      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can do nothing with my Sky Mobile account as it states I have outstanding issues. I have no arrears nor ever have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I reinstate services the bill shows as zero but the error continues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know this is a common issue. Is there an easy fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
