    <description>&lt;P&gt;You're just telling other customers here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't believe Sky will reconnect you until you pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try calling from a number they don't recognise- callling 150 may work. &amp;nbsp;(But the system will ask for payment if it identifies your restricted account)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
