Hey everyone,

I've just gone through the process to transfer my number to Sky but after going through the set up I got a text to say 'You're now up and running with Sky Mobile, your new number is 089XXXXXXXX.

I don't want a new number! I want and need to keep my old one.

I can't find a number to ring them, does anyone have any idea where I should go from here? I 100% selected to transfer my number btw

That message yoh have received is to do with your activating the Sky sim only. As advised by @SKY1992bf you now need to get a pac code from your previous network and give this to Sky who should then transfer your number over on the next available working day.
