Iv tried everything switching on off , airplane mode on off , removing sim and putting back nothing

Yes this the one line trouble shooting report with sky , can't even phone customer service because this the only phone network via mobile we have

If a fault is showing then you will need to wait for the fault the repaired. Nothing more you can do @Sara-jayne+willia
