Phone repair - cancelled ? Waiting for pre paid package

I originally organised a repair for an iPhone in December after waiting a month for the pre paid package I rang to be told the repair had been cancelled.

i rang again last week was assured it would not be cancelled again but still not received a pre labelled package, what's going on ?!
