Are you asking if you can make payments I places like online casinos via your Sky bill then you can't and Sky have not said that they plan to make this possible.

Used to be able to use bill pay to pay for apps in the apps store so any apps bought in the apps store or in app purchases was added to the bill pay account instead of always having a bunch of transaction on credit card

This isn't something Sky currently support. As other customers here we have no insight into whether they plan too - personally, I doubt it.

I can understand why sky don't allow such things, people running up large bills on their mobile account and not paying the account could cause issues.

Last I knew the Sky app doesn't support the PDF format bills are produced in but you can see a breakdown.
