Problem regarding new skysim

Hello, iam Sarang Satheesh fro I bought a new sky sim card even though I'm already a sky customer with valid sim, but I ordered another one, and now it been one or two days I still can't activate my new sim, could you please assist me with this matter, it's more appreciated

Why are you unable to activate the sim, does it show on your account ?

As you already have got a Sky sim then from the phone that has that sim in ut call Sky on 150 to ask them to activate this other sim you have got.
