      <title>ESIM not activating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Took a contract out for and iPad in July had to go to apple for a repair in December. Contacted sky who advised me they would send a physical sim out which they did. I have tried since the 3/01/25 to download the eSIM onto my device and I'm getting an error message to say it cannot be downloaded. I am now without any data on the iPad and cannot use it for its intended purpose. This is really disappointing as I am a valued sky customer of 28+ years. I have contacted sky repeatedly and just got passed from pillar to post and the issue not being resolved. Twice someone is supposed to have rung me back and hasn't. I don't know what to do now because I don't want to pay for a service that I'm not receiving?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
