I ordered for samsung s9 fe + and i am in need of a recepit to claim an airbud but cant find my recipt as i didnt receive one

Hi @Adeb1 if it's asking for a number on the claim then use either your agreement number without the letters (found in your message centre) or your account number. Those are what other customers have used.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
