&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have paid a device in full and no longer owe any monthly payments, but still showing as a device on my account, when does this drop off? Or does it not, to potentially order another device as your only allowed 5 devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are not returning this device to Sky then it might not be removed but as it isn't an active device it will not count as one of those 5 so if for some reason you can't order a new one you would need to call Sky on 150.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
