Calls not coming through

Most of my family have sky sims. My husband has never been able to ring my mobile (says I'm unavailable )but I can call him.

My daughter who has always been able to call me was unable to ring last night (says I'm unavailable) and when I tried to call her it would not even ring.

What is happening. If this can't be resolved I'm going to have change networks.

No not been abroad. My daughter has never had a problem calling me before.

I have checked the block lists but they are empty. There's nothing obvious as to why this is happening.

I have the same issue, for one of the SIMS it will frequently say number not recognised, which will really confuse people trying to call

Strangely my daughter can now call me but husband still cannot. I have checked the block list and the do not disturb but they are empty on both mobiles. It's really strange.
