I had an email with changes to my contract and it had prices of call and texts . Maybe it was suspicious

If it was this:

"The cost of calls to the EU and EEA is increasing by 4p to 25p per minute. Calls and texts to the rest of the world will be increasing: calls to £3.50 per minute and texts to 95p."

Then that's calls outside the inclusive ones.
