&lt;P&gt;You could well be seeing both phones, so your new one and the one you had previously. If you have returned a phone then it should be removed but it can take sometime for this to be done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's taking around 2-3 weeks for process phone returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you didn't return your phone then you'll still be paying for it until the balance is cleared.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
