&lt;P&gt;Have you lonked your mobile account your Sky ID as per this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work either then give Sky a call on 150 so they can look into what account you should be using to access your mobile account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>New phone but old sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an new phone, put my sim in and it is not showing in my account (to roll data).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything works as it should, able to make calls, text, whatsapp and social media so not sure what to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you order the phone on the same account that the sim was on if you were just a sim only customer up to that point ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
