DPD delivery

Hi I have had issues with DPD, they where meant to deliver a parcel last night. I was in they didn't knock at the door or ring my ring door bell. I have 2 dogs that go mad wheny they hear a noise. I have had no knock or card through my door. The driver took a photo of my house and said I wasn't in. Delivery was meant for 18.09 photo was at 18.08. I have tried to contact DPD absolute nightmare. First adviser hung up on me and second accused me of swearing when I didn't. I'm at my whits end. Issue is I'm not going be in after 5 and they don't have a time option. Also it took me 3 months to get parcel from Sky after multiple complaints and phone calls to the mobile customer service from Sky. Any suggestions I can't face have to ring sky customer service again! Thanks

Did the driver leave with a "sorry you are not in card" ?

No, I find it strange that he didn't knock, leave a card or ring my door bell. Alongside that I have two dogs that bark at everything. I think he was late for delivery as he took a pick of my house at 18.08 my delivery was meant be here by 18.09. I don't know how it works with DPD maybe he was going lose commission/payment for not delivering on time. I'm more annoyed because I can't rearrange another delivery for after 5 as I work till 5 so there is no on in 😢
