Sky Ireland Mobile EU partner network

Is there a list available?

Asking for a older family member who frequents EU a fair bit but they know what networks have coverage where they are going a few countries around the EU

and the unlimited data would be great for checking CCTV if and when needs be when they get a alert.

Voda Ireland provides service but they were told by another customer it would default to o2 in the U.K. & Vodafone U.K. roaming was barred (which isn't a problem as o2 UK coverage is better) but it would seem Vodafone Group & it's network partners are not a priority like Vodafone with Sky Ireland contract that Voda usually do group wide.

So is there a list of countries & network partners for Sky Ireland customers available?
