No option found for entering PAC code from old supplier

I am a new sky mobile Customer and have received a welcome email that has a link called "Keep my number" which I clicked as I want to keep my old number from my previous supplier.
When I click the link, I just get taken to my account homepage.
I have searched all options, but cannot find one that is for entering a PAC code from a previous supplier.

Please help

If you have activated your Sky sim and linked your mobile account to your Sky ID as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

Then usually you should be able to use this link to give Sky your pac code:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/my-number/transfer
