      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not really looking for a solution as I assume it's being dealt with albeit VERY slowly by Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered an iPhone 16 256gb on 28th Dec.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;after DPD not arriving next day they decided to turn up the day after which was great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I opened the sealed box there was a pair of £20 JVC earbuds inside and NOT my iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone else had this? &lt;P&gt;Unfortunately this time of incident is becoming more frequent. You need to allow Sky time to conduct an investigation in conjunction with DPD.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you'll need to contact Sky ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's a way to unstick the sealed part on the box as I've seen a video on how it's done. Once resealed it looks normal/sealed. Sounds like this has occurred,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
