Emergency calls only

since 26th December when I returned to the UK I cannot make or receive calls. Got in touch with Sky. Told I needed a new sum. Will get it by 30th December. No sim. Rang Sky again told they will switch me to e-sim. Received no email link. Phoned several times. Each time a different story. As of now. phone still inoperable

also if this is an iPhone got to settings, mobile services, sim applications and change the setting there.

The Christmas and New Year holidays will have delayed this as it will be sent for Royal Mail so it could well show up over the next few days.

I am having the same issue, installed dsim in new phone, worked fine for a couple of hours now only able to make emergency calls.... Restarted phone etc...still not working
