Weird video playback issue

after changing to sky mobile internet from 3

Any video freezes every second on youtube and every other video site using chrome / edge or firefox

but as soon as i switch over to mobile internet sim from 3 the playback works fine again.

tested this with sites from youtube, netflix & disney all get this weird pauses every second and you can unpause and then it plays one more second
