SOYES XS16 device not working with mobile data

Did anyone else get a SOYES XS16 device for Christmas? I have and it is not working with mobile data... tried changing settings but the provider/manufacturers is not listed and network settings message tells me it can't work on this device and call customer services. Tried chat bit thing but to no avail. Wondered if anyone else has had the issue and resolved it, please?

Hi @traycb19 if you can locate your APN settings then input these manually.

Internet APN Settings:

Name: Sky Mobile Internet
APN: mobile.sky

mms settings

Name: Sky Mobile MMS
APN: mms.mobile.sky

I have Soyes XS16 pro, my phone cannot call or message and could not received call and messages. It works fine just that call messages and not receiving calls and messages too
