Emergency Calls Only.

Cannot make or receive calls on phone. Shy Sim Only. Internet and text fine. Flight mode off and turned phone off and on. Sim card placed correctly. Started Christmas Day. No Sky issues locally.

Using a different phone then you might want to call them about this tomorrow as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thanks. Spoke to them. Tried some suggestions. No joy. They are passing it up to a more speciteam abd they will be in touch withing 48 hours after trying to fix it. If not, new Sim likely to be sent. Thanks for reply. Appreciated.
