Mobile not receiving or sending calls .

Merry Christmas. My phone does not work outdoors. I cannot make or receive calls and messages. My WhatsApp and FB messenger only works when I am logged onto my home and work network.

Hi @PamelaWells first thing to check, did you activate your sim card? Are any issues showing in your area ? Have you checked the correct APN settings are stored in your phone ?

Hi, I changed from EE to Sky,recieved e mails and txts all completed and keeping my own number, despite all info can only make emergency calls , mobile transferred yesterday.

Does your EE sim in your phone work as it shouldn't do but is worth checking.
