That's currently a prominent scam. If unexpected hardware actually arrives then be extremely wary of attempts to retrieve it, and only communicate by calling Sky yourself.

You need to sign in to the account & change your password immediately if you suspect a scammer has accessed your account & if there's any order/s shown to cancel it/them. You can also contact Sky to ensure there's nothing wrong with the account.

if you have the postman or any courior call with a label like this DONT give them the phones , its a scam address
