Silly question but do I need to put my return phone back in its original box with cable or does the phone go in on its own without its box and cable?

It needs to go in a box so you can use the one you new device came in as there should be a return label on the inside of it somewhere. If you don't have this label then call Sky on 150 as they will then get it to you. You don't have to send the cable as you can keep it to use it with your new one if you want.

Thanks for your reply, apologies if I wasn't clear. Does the phone need to be returned in its original phone box (not the sky one but iPhone box) and then put into the return box, or do I just put the phone itself in the return box?
