Interference and calls cutting off

Whenever i am on a call to my hisband who is also on sky mobile there is a awful high pitch noise like metal plates screeching together this is happening all the time it makes the call unbearable we can both hear the noise.

Calls also cut off i have iphone 15 husband has a iphone 16 is anybody else having this problem its driving us mad
