    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have looked at ALL settings but for the last 4-5 days My phone has not rung (Audibly). The same goes for the text alert. Audio works fine when watching videos online, etc. When I go into Sounds and Haptics to check my ringtone it works when I choose a ringtone and plays fine. My phone has the Volume up full, is NOT on Airplane mode, and is not on Do not disturb.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
