&lt;P&gt;If you have signed a credit agreement for a device then you can call Sky as they should be able to change the parental settings for you as they will already know you are over 18 due to the fact that you signed this agreement. If you are a sim only customer then the only way to do is to borrow one from somebody else so you can do this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
