But when I look a little further in my mobile hub that's where it says its on back order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So at least I know it's coming just not when &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an i pad(2022) 2 days ago, at time of ordering it said it was in stock I have the confirmation email yet my app said no active orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After delving deeper into the app it now appears that these are on back order..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't received an estimated delivery date in any of my emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was intended as a Christmas present and had I known it was on back order would have got from elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are they usually quick at replenishing stock?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if you've gone through the purchase process before but the most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
