Phones not making calls

I've got three mobiles on Sky and none will make or receive calls. Bill all paid so we can't work out the problem. I've had enough as can't contact them.

please help!!

No service issues apart from Sky customer service.

we are in different parts of country and none work. I've messaged and messaged Sky but to no avail. Live in the middle of nowhere and can't access GP, school... nightmare
